The Centerpoint Condominium towers had broken ground in the year two thousand five and they were supposed to have been giving Tempe, a little slice of Manhattan, so to speak.Later, they ended up delivering everything except for the slice that would resemble something out of Escape from New York, the Movie. This was obviously, not quite the dream of the Chamber of Commerce.
It is a lost dream, no doubt, at least as far the timing is concerned. Maybe the investors would be able to be pull off the project in the near future.
