We can't avoid sometimes to be affected by great natural catastrophe, that's why it is very important that we need to be prepared at all times. Well, I knew that there were a lot of homeowners from Iowa that were affected by great typhoon. Basically, some of them just got real estate through mortgages. So I think it will be of a great help if they can apply for flood insurance. At least they have something to avail at times of great storms and floods. I hope that it will also be implemented in Iowa.
