I believe that potential home buyers in the US are unlimited. However, the mere problem that most of them face is the pressure due to recession. Most properties are foreclosed and so the housing market shows sluggish. This might not be a lucky year for many real estate investors in the US but they are still positive to excel in the coming years. The government of the US also made necessary actions to save the poor situation of real estate industry. Will they overcome in the next few months?

It sure looks like this Fannie Mae and Neighborhood Housing Services of South Florida (NHSSF) is doing a lot of good to homeowners there who have experienced problems in their home loans most probably due to the recession in the United States.

Their South Florida Mortgage Help Center has successfully helped a lot of people avoid foreclosure of their home loans by providing restructuring assistance services. This means a great deal to homeowners who had financial problems. If only there would be similar help centers in other states.
