For the eleventh month, U.S. foreclosure filings have topped 300,000

To the foreclosure total, unemployment, as well as equity in the negative standings, in which homeowners had owed a bit more than their properties were actually worth, are adding up.
This is according to the chief economist over at Zillow.com, Stan Humphrey, who had reportedly said so himself. There had been more than a fifth of all of the U.S. homeowners who have had negative equity, and so, in the fourth quarter. This particular information had been declared yesterday in a report by the Seattle-based real estate data provider.
