I didn't expect that rental market in Arizona would come to a point where they almost have their downfall. Due to the state's immigration reform law, it seems like housing slump has arisen in Arizona. But, I am sure that the objective of this law is not to lose homeowners and fail landlords. Obviously, rental rate seems to go down right now, but if they can think of good ways on how to fill these empty units, I think it can also uplift the rental market in the state.
