I believe that a lack of insight is the greatest lesson that we can learn when it comes to things like the real estate bubble.
If we look toward the future for betterment, collectively, as a people, as a nation, as a world in general; instead of focussing on what outstanding human goals can be accomplished, maybe the focus should simply be on having close-knit societies which embody true facts of life.
