In order for a country still in its development stage to attract foreign investments is to give something, even if it means letting foreigners to benefit the natural resources or properties of the country.

Disaster Assistance in Tennessee after the Storm

The direction of the real estate markets in Tennessee has been disrupted when the storms has ravaged the state. The bad weather brought flood and flushing homes in some areas.

About 23,000 home were damaged or destroyed during the extreme weather. Individual and public assistance was made available in 45 counties in the state, four of these counties has been approved for a federal disaster assistance, being severely damaged by the disaster.
