    09/29/10 05:03

Massachusetts Association of Realtors reported that there was an increase of 25% in the June 2010 of single-family home sales in comparison to June last year. This was due to the federal tax credit which home buyers took advantage of before its deadline.

Condo sales were also up by about 30%. Realtors expect that housing market sales will remain promising until Septmeber. But they are hoping that after the expiration of the federal tax credit, that the real estate market will maintain its momentum until the fall season.
