The hardest thing a homeowner could do in their life is probably letting go of a property especially if it holds so many sentimental memories. But when reality comes in as mortgage and foreclosures comes haunting us, will we truly be pushed to our limits and forced to eventually sell one or two of the things we hold dear in our hearts.
It would also help to have a motivator to make the selling easier for us. For those who work in the real estate business this would definitely be of great help:
