These mid size city real estate rebounds are bad in the long term

What the underlying idea is behind this trend is that more and more young people are moving from rural areas into the cities in search of opportunities not had in the countryside. Short term, this will have a positive impact on real estate but in the longer term for society as a whole this is bad because without a new generation of farmers then cities can't survive.
