I do agree that nowadays, it is really so hard to get some sales especially in terms of selling some of your properties. That is the reason why I always suggest that we ask the help of a real estate agent so that the property we are selling will be included in the pre listings. With the economy that is slowly getting better, I think time will eventually come that property selling will be back to normal again. For now, we just have to bear with the situation.
