Though some may surely see the intent, as well as the concept that the people within and even the companies themselves that are presented, may be genuine, ensuring that the issue is truly legal right, would be, or it should be of a main concern.

In Florida, lenders, the homeowners association, someone's neighbor or any other party hasn't any legal right to trespass on one's privately owned property, regardless the reason. There must, at least, be some form of written consent from the owner.
