    Have you ever seen vultures swoop down onto a dead animal on the side of the road? Just imagine that except with investors and real estate.

    With homes being foreclosed, investors are jumping at getting at a great offer in tough times.

    Some research has even indicated that there is $90 billion in real estate just waiting to be snapped up in the United States alone.

    This is just one of the many times a private investor can be called a vulture.
